Giving Hands Doula Support is owned by Molly Casey Duffy, a solopreneur and Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula.

Challenge

The client wanted to grow her business by enhancing her website and social media marketing to attract
new clients.

She wanted to help more women navigate the often overwhelming process of childbirth and entrance into parenthood. Her target audience was women, aged 35-50, who were expecting a baby.

Solution

I crafted copy that captured the client’s brand voice as a nurturing, helpful, and empowering doula. The tone and word choice, paired with charming photos, emphasize the personal care and encouragement her clients would receive. The updated copy and branding work together to create a soothing, hopeful experience, and a positive connection with her target audience.

I also enhanced her customer journey by simplifying and streamlining the web content, making the site easy to understand and interact with. The headings, bulleted lists, and CTAs work together to make it a breeze for someone to take the next step.

Collaborating with a designer, I also updated her branding and created social media posts the client could use to drive traffic to her site. After this project, the client had a strong foundation and “starter kit” to begin marketing her doula business.
