Challenge
The client wanted to drive purchases to TrueYou Match lipstick, a new lipstick that matches the wearer’s natural lip color and enhances it with reflective pigments.
Solution
I wrote a headline that speaks to the main benefit of the new lipstick: that it helps women make the most of their natural beauty. It also speaks to a woman’s desire for that natural beauty to be revealed and appreciated. The design plays on the line that the look and feel of the lipstick are “a match made in heaven.” Who wouldn’t want that?
